When you are in love even wrong is right

I always imagined love to appear like that of a soft knock of the wind on the window. I always imagined that when i'd open the doors that sudden gush will make me fly, make me remember that i am alive. I always imagined love to be like a soothing sound of a rain against my balcony floor when i am reading a book, reminding me that not all beautiful things hurt. I wondered if love would just hold my hand and to the roads, talking about the hues of sunsets, sunrises and the leaves of my favourite birch trees reminding me if how we were nothing but a printer's pallette where the hues were mixed to make a masterpiece. But when you came, there was no soft knock on my window, but there was a hurricane behind it. And when you kissed me i could taste alcohol and your bourbon tongue in my mouth for days. You were reckless and you made me feel like you. I remember how your fingers touched my neck, and how my neck smelled of cigarettes all day. I remember how letters were not enough, and how poems made too much sense, and no sense altogether, how your eyes were too wild and your love was too chaotic, so chaotic that it almost left me in ruins behind. When you came, i remember how "like a rolling stone" played in my chest all the time, and how you reminded that things weren't pretty but they made you feel more than you ever felt in your lifetime and that is all that counts. But then they told me that i wasn't supposed to be with you, that you were just not right, that the tattoo in your hands were marks of your departure, that you weren't a lover, and you weren't a learner, and that you leave people in the middle of a song, and that everything you leave gets destroyed. And I,...I thought about it for a while and then i told them that i didn't worry about it and then they asked me, How? Why When is wrong right? And i remember for the last time when you kissed me and left me for another town, i smiled and replied, "When you are in love even wrong is right."
